PURPOSE:To obtain a large-sized or long product without performing thermal fusion or adhesion after molding by molding a part of the inner surface of a mold demarcating a molded product cavity by a molded product and subsequently molding a separate molded product using the mold. CONSTITUTION:A part of a first molded product 11 being a preformed beads foamed molded product is inserted in the opening 2 of a mold 3. By this method, a part of the inner surface of the mold 3 demarcating molded product cavity 4 is molded by the first molded product 11. Beads are supplied into the molded product cavity 4 and steam is further sent into the cavity 4 to perform beads foam molding to mold a second molded product 12 and, at the same time, the first and second molded products 11, 12 are integrally fused and connected to obtain an integrally connected molded product 5. |
