PURPOSE:To provide a waste treatment material capable of suppressing the elution amt. of a harmful metal, especially, Pb contained in waste and excellent in storage stability. CONSTITUTION:The waste treatment material is mainly constituted of 10-40 pts.wt. of a reducible metal, 60-90 pts.wt. of a solid acid and 1-20 pts.wt. of a caking inhibitor and mixed with waste or fly ash to be treated and water is added to the resulting mixture, if necessary, to perform kneading. By this constitution, harmful heavy metals, including Pb contained in industrial waste can be stabilized and, especially, the elution of Pb from alkaline fly ash discharged from a waste refuse incinerator is effectively suppressed to stabilize Pb. |
