PURPOSE:To reduce not only the cost and labor accompanied by the alteration of a shape or thickness but also the labor and space required in the keeping of a replacing member in the molding of a plate shaped beads foamed molded product. CONSTITUTION:Flat steam blowoff plates 2a, 2b are attached to the fronts of both master frames 1a, 1b and the attachment plate 3 held between both steam blowoff plates 2a, 2b at the time of mold clamping and demarcating the side periphery of a molded product cavity 4 is attached to one master frame 1a in a detachable manner. Since this mold can correspond to the alteration of the shape and thickness of a molded product only by replacing the attachment plate 3, the cost and labor accompanied by the alteration of the shape and thickness of the molded product can be reduced and the labor and space required in the keeping of a replacing member can be also reduced. |
