At least one spreader device (14) is connected to the vehicle, for feed-out and distribution of granular material onto the road beneath it. This spreader device is placed in the area in front of the front vehicle wheels (4) and connected to a conveyor (16) extending under the cab (2) and/or vehicle frame (1) to an outlet located at the container front end (9) through which granular material can pass from the container (6). The conveyor (16) is composed of at least two sections or parts (18,19), of which the one (18), is permanently or semi-permanently fitted in the area between the material container front end and the front wheel pair, whilst the other section (19) is connected with the spreader device (14) and releasably fitted on at least the front wheel pair (4) axle. |
