<p>PURPOSE:To improve operability by enabling either a standard type tape cassette or a small tape cassette to be inserted from the same insertion opening by incorporating the standard type tape cassette and a small tape cassette adapter in a device so as to be held and moved with the same cassette holder. CONSTITUTION:When the standard type tape cassette 45 is inserted from the cassette insertion port 3, the cassette holder 7 is guided by grooves 10 and 11 by the turning of a driving arm 13 in a counterclockwise direction, and is moved to a position shown in broken line, and the standard type tape cassette 45 held with the cassette holder 7 is loaded on a tape driving mechanism 4. The small tape cassette adapter 20, after being held and raised from the position not being interfered with the moving path of the standard type tape cassette 45 by elevators 18 and 26, is coupled with the cassette holder 7. And the adapter 20 in which the small tape cassette 33 inserted from the insertion port is housed and the cassette holder 7 are moved by the turning of the driving arm 13 similarly as in the case of the standard type tape cassette 45, and the adapter 20 is loaded on the tape driving mechanism 4.</p> |
