<p>PURPOSE:To improve both response and endurance of a resistance element by forming a glass coated layer thinly and uniformly while preventing occurrence of a glass cut or a pinhole when the glass coated layer covering the whole element is formed. CONSTITUTION:A resistor thin film 18 is formed on an outer surface of a pipe- shaped ceramic substrate 12. A lead 14 is fixed on an end of the ceramic substrate 12 and is electrically connected with the resistor thin film 18. In a resistance element covering the whole element with a glass coated layer 22, further, a chamfering part 20 is provided by chamfering an outer square part at both ends of the ceramic substrate 12 in a circular arc shape.</p> |
