The second shell half (50) encloses the first and has a leg (53) to engage the first shell half recess. It the first shell encloses three sides of the post, then the second shell closes off the remaining part of the post. This side of the post has a clamp (80) which engages grooves in the first shell half on both sides. When closed together, the two half shells give a straight connecting line having an L-shaped incision at the top end. The second half (50) has relatively offset projections at one end and both half shells form hollow components for preference. The first half is first placed round the post so legs (71,72) bears against the post legs (5-8) from outside whereupon the clamp is engaged with the shell (70) grooves (76,77), finally fitting the second shell into place (50) and twisting this (50) anticlockwise so the two shell halves engage and lock together round the post.
