Process and reactor assembly for incineration of de-watered industrial sludge
摘要
De-watered sludge is incinerated in a fluid bed reactor together with brown coal. Combustion gases and fluid bed particles pass through a separator which removes particles which are then returned to the reactor through a pipe. The novelty is that the wt. of the sludge is mechanically reduced by dewatering to 70-75% original wt. and that it is mixed with brown coal in ratio 0.2:1 and 1:1. This mixt. is introduced to the reactor at a point between the insertion point for pure brown coal and the point at which the sepd. incinerated particles and fluid bed particles are returned to the reactor and are exposed to reactor treatment at atmos. pressure between 750-850 deg C with supplementary oxygen gas.
