PURPOSE: To provide a donor element which is improved in durability and sensitivity of an image. CONSTITUTION: This donor element comprises a support bearing on a first surface thereof, in the order listed (a) at least one ejection layer containing a first polymer having a decomposition temperature T1 , (b) at least one heating layer, (c) at least one transfer layer containing a binder and an imageable component, where the binder contain a second polymer having a decomposition temperature T2 , where T2 >=(T1 +100), and further where a thermal amplification additive is present in at least one of layers (a) and (c). |
