PURPOSE:To prevent an input data item from being altered by other data input by deciding whether or not an operator is the genuine generator of the input data item on the basis of the result of collation between an inputted password and a password corresponding to the input data item selected when the input data item is specified. CONSTITUTION:The operator inputs a document name, a password, input data, etc., and also performs key operation for indicating the end of the data input and key operation for indicating the selection and determination of the input data item through an input part 1. According to the key operation indicating the selection and determination of the input data item through the input part 1, an input data item selecting means 6 determines the password corresponding to the input data item selected out of them. A password verifying means 7 collates this determined password with the password which is inputted from the input part 1 and temporarily held. According to the collation result, it is decided whether the operation is the real person who has generated the document data and alterations of the data are confirmed. |
