PURPOSE:To provide a fluid sealing mount device which has the compact structure and has the less number of parts, and can drive a rotary valve for adjusting the flow state in an orifice passage advantageously by a linear type actuator. CONSTITUTION:A driving rod 116 for exerting a driving force to a rotary valve 60 is arranged in extension in an equillibrium chamber 48, penetrating through a flexible film 42. and the inside top end part is allowed to intrude into the part 100 of the rotary valve 60, and engaged at the position in eccentricity from the revolution center shaft of the rotary valve 60. and the reciprocating driving force in the rod axis direction is exerted at the external top end part of the driving rod 116, and the rotary valve 60 is revolution-operated.
