PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive irrevesible circuit element of high performance by specifying the shape of a magnetic element. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular parallelepiped shape is specified for a magnetic element 1, and a ratio of 2:31/2 is set between the long and short sides of the element 1 on one of its faces. Then the center electrodes 2a, 2b and 2c are buried into the element 1 so that these electrodes cross to each other at angles of 120 deg.. The electrode 2a is set at the center of the element 1 and in parallel to its long sides. In such a constitution, the same length is secured among those electrodes 2a-2c. |
