CONSTITUTION: An insert 10 includes a recessed cutting land 26 centered on an axial line X-X extending in the longitudinal direction between each side part 18, the cutting land 26 has such shape that is inclined linearly in the direction of lower inner side from a cutting blade 24, and a chip groove region 28 is adjacent to the cutting land 26 and extends in the direction of inner side from the cutting land.
