PURPOSE:To quickly interchange a photographic lens even at the time of photographing under a dark environment by providing an illuminating means illuminating the vicinity of a body mount at the time of mounting the photographic lens, in a camera having the body mount capable of interchanging the photographic lens. CONSTITUTION:An illuminating lamp 7 is a light source for illuminating the vicinity of the body mount 3 and a mount illuminating switch 8 is arranged on the top surface of the camera body 1 and depressed to illuminate the vicinity of the body mount 3 by the lamp 7. The illuminating means is composed of the lamp 7 and the mount illuminating switch 8. When it is depressed at the time of interchanging the photographic lens 2 under the dark environment, the vicinity of the body mount 3 can be illuminated. Thus, the photographic lens is quickly interchanged and the lens mount is never damaged. |
