<p>PURPOSE:To easily discriminate between reference information and a highly reliable data even for a sample deviating from a predicted range by setting the range of values being applied to multiple regression formula, main component, or decision function in the analysis and differentiating the indication when the applicable range is deviated. CONSTITUTION:A controller 11 comprises a memory section storing the content of each component, a working curve for calculating a taste value, and the applicable range of the analytic results. The controller 11 calculates the content of protein and amylose, respectively, and presents an applicable range at a display section 13 so that a decision can be made visually whether the applicable range matches the region where a large number of samples are present at the time of developing a taste value evaluation formula. For example, when the ordinate and abscissa represent the amylose content and the protein content, respectively, the region is sectioned to present an applicable range. The applicable range comprises a central region and two empirically reasonable peripheral regions delimited by border lines.</p> |
