PURPOSE:To cipher mass-data at a high speed with simple configuration and to send the ciphered data by extracting a prescribed bit of data being a sampled oscillation function to obtain a random number. CONSTITUTION:Preceding and preceding-to-preceding sine wave sampling data F(i-1), F (i-2) are given respectively to registers 41, 42 as initial values, then a current value F(i) from an adder 46 is fed back to the register 41 and sine wave sampling data are obtained in time series. A window circuit 47 extracts, e.g. 16 bits from sine wave time series data comprising, e.g. 64 bits and the extracted bits are used for a ciphering random number, fed to a scrambler 47 comprising an EOR gate, where data from a source data circuit 14 are ciphered. The initial values F(i-1), F (i-2) being the sine wave sampling data are fed separately by, e.g. the RSA system and the receiver side reproduces a random number to decode ciphered data. |
