<p>PURPOSE:To provide a wire-form body aerially while avoiding an obstacle, by mounting on the ground the wire-form body on the fastening means prsent in the end part of the retractable boom provided on the rack present in the end part of the elevating boom of a working apparatus for a high place, and by extending the elevating boom to the high place, and further, by extending the retractable boom through the operating of a driving mechanism by its controller. CONSTITUTION:On the ground, an outside wire or rope which are to be provided aerially is mounted on a fastening means (hook) 3 provided in the end part of a retractable boom 2. Then, an elevating boom 7 is extended from a working vehicle 6 for a high place to the predetermined height necessary for the aerial providing. When an obstacle exists in the aerial provision space, the elevating boom 7 is extended to the possible height for avoiding the obstacle. In this state, through the operating of a driving mechanism 4 by its controller 5, while the obstacle is avoided, the outside wire or rope is provided aerially by the extension of the retractable boom 2. As a result, when the aerial providing of the outside wire or rope is performed while its height from the ground is secured, the number of workers can be reduced, and concurrently, by the elimination of the work performed in the high place which is accompanied by the aerial providing, the workability of the aerial providing can be improved.</p> |
