<p>PURPOSE:To secure magnetic balance at the time of using this digital electropneumatic positioner, to prevent the generation of zero point shifting due to the generation of magnetic hysteresis or the use of the positioner for a long time and to attain stable operation. CONSTITUTION:Coils 39a, 39b are respectively wound around leg parts 38a, 38c on both sides of an E-shaped yoke 38 and a nozzle 31 and a stopper 41 opposed to a flapper 20 are fitted to the tip face of these leg parts. On the other hand, a parmanent magnet 40 is arranged on the tip face of a center leg part 38b and a fulcrum 30 of the flapper 20 is arranged near the magnet 40. The height of the nozzle 31 and that of the stopper 41 are equally set up, and when a deviation (e) is zero, the flapper 20 is approximately horizontally set up and held and an interval d1 between the flapper 20 and the nozzle 31 is set up equally to an interval d2 between the flapper 20 and the stopper 41.</p> |
