PURPOSE:To contribute to automation by employing a structure for switching a valve ON/OFF which is very advantageous in view point of durability, e.g. abrasion, of the valve. CONSTITUTION:A gas is temporarily stored in a preliminary space located between first and second valves 1, 2. The second valve 2 is then opened and a predetermined quantity of gas is fed digitally to a gas storage tank 5 for supplying the gas to a sample containing part 7 or discharged therefrom.
