PURPOSE:To perform the high-efficiency detection of the relative moving speed between two stations by sampling the receiving levels of specified frequencies, comparing the sampling data and obtaining the counted value when the difference of the data becomes the specified threshold value or more. CONSTITUTION:A receiving means 2 receives the spectrum-diffused radio wave from an antenna 1, and the inverse diffusion of the spectrum is performed for the radio wave. A sampling means 10 detects the receiving level of the receiving means 2 and samples the receiving level of the specified frequency in synchoronization with the inverse diffusion control. A memory means 14 stores the specified number of the sampling data of the sampling means 10 in time series. A counting means 15 obtains a counted value in the specified time when the difference becomes the specified threshold value or more by comparing the sampling data in the memory means 14 in time series. A converting means 19 obtains the relative moving speed with the other station, which transmits the radio wave, based on the counted value of the counting means 15. |
