PURPOSE:To precisely grasp the circuit constant of an induction motor so as to execute favorable operation by attaching probe coils to the teeth tips for one pole of the stator iron core of an induction motor. CONSTITUTION:Probe coils 1 are wound on the teeth tips of the stator iron core 3a opposed to the periphery of the rotor 6 so that they may detect the induced electromotive force based on the magnetic fluxes for one pole of the stator 3 of an induction motor 2. A parameter setting means 4 operates the excitation reactance in the equivalent circuit of the induction motor 2, based on the induced voltage of the probe coil 1. Based on this excitation reactance, various amounts of control of an inverter circuit 5 is selected. Hereby, the circuit constant of the induction motor is grasped with accuracy, and efficient operation pattern can be selected, grasping the circuit constant each time even in operation remarkable in saturation. |
