RECYCLABLE CONCRETE, MORTAR AND RECYCLING THEREOF

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain perfectly recyclable concrete and mortar because they can be used again as a raw material for cement clinker after hardening by using aggregates, admixtures and cement materials prepared from substances which can be employed as a raw material for cement. CONSTITUTION:(1) Only the substances which can be used as a raw material for cement are used as an aggregate or admixture to produce concrete or mortar all of which may be used again as a raw material for cement clinker after hardening. (2) The waste concrete and mortar given, when the structures or products using these concrete and mortar are disassembled or destructed, are used wholly or partially as a cement clinker to produce cement. (3) The part of the waste concrete not to be used as a raw material for cement clinker is crushed, adjusted in its particle size to give reclaimed aggregates, which are added to the aggregates from the concrete and mortar from (1) to produce concrete and mortar.
