PURPOSE:To provide a method for producing a photosensitive resin compsn. which contains a finely pulverized org. pigment, a good storage stability, and is esp. suitable for producing a color filter. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive resin compsn. is prepd. by dispersing an org. pigment in water contg. a nonionic surfactant having an HLB of 8-14, mixing the resulting dispersion with a nonionic surfactant having an HLB higher than 14, and further mixing with a water-sol. acrylic polymer and a photocross-linker. |
