PURPOSE:To obtain a product of high quality by raising the rising and falling outer wall frame provided outside a lower mold up to a skin material and raising the lower mold to generate upward pressure in the outer wall frame to prevent the contact of the draw-down part formed by softening treatment of the central part of the skin material with a base material and subsequently drawing a vacuum while allowing the outer wall frame to fall. CONSTITUTION:The peripheral edge of a skin material 10 is clamped by a clamper 3 and an outer wall frame 4 is allowed to fall and, in this state, a base material 11 is set to a lower mold l. Next, only the outer wall frame 4 is raised to a position higher than the base material 11 and a skin material 10 is heated to be softened. Subsequently, the outer wall frame 4 is raised until the upper edge thereof comes into contact with the skin material 10 to form the hermetically closed chamber surrounded by the lower mold 1, the outer wall frame 4 and the skin material 10 and, in this state, the lower mold 1 is raised to generate upward pressure in the hermetically closed chamber within the outer wall frame 4 and the draw-down part formed by softening treatment of the central part of the skin material 4 is prevented from the contact with the base material by upward wind pressure. Next, the skin material 10 is sucked under vacuum and the outer wall frame 4 is allowed to fall to bond the skin material 10 to the base material 11. |
