PURPOSE:To provide drastic fluid resistance reducing structure on the body surface capable of reducing fluid resistance on the body surface based on a new hydrodynamics than that on the smooth surface, enhancing fuel consumption, accelerating capability, maximum velocity, safety and the like, saving energy, improving environmental issues, and reducing frictional heat and various harmful resistance. CONSTITUTION:In a space shuttle 11 for example, relative moving direction to air exists in the long direction of the body when the shuttle is launched from the ground, but when the shuttle reentries into the atmosphere with nose 30-40 degrees up, the relative moving direction moves from the bottom of the body to the upper side. Since the relative moving direction is not fixed in the certain direction, a large number of hexagonal recesses 2 and lands 3 are arranged on the surface of the space shuttle 11 so that they alternately appear in every relative moving directions.
