<p>PURPOSE:To easily open a lid without causing a handle to hinder the movement of the lid by a method wherein lid boards can be opened and closed only by the vertical movement of the handle. CONSTITUTION:A guide board 13 with V-shaped cross section is inserted into attaching holes 10 and 11 disposed in a downwardly convergent arrangement at the upper parts of a front face board 2 and a rear face board 3 of a formed container body 1. right and left lid boards 15 and 14 respectively are provided with freely bendable extension boards 17 and 16 at the ends and are connected to right and left handles 18 in the center. The roof-like lid boards 14 and 15 with the handles are mounted on the container body 1 and closed and, when they are pressed by the handles 18 until they contact with the root 13a of the guide board 13, since the guide board 13 has the V-shaped cross section, the roof-like right and left lid boards 15 and 14 are opened upwards according to this shape. In this open condition, a desired article can be placed in the container body 1 and, when the handles are lifted in the article-stored condition, since the lid boards 14 and 15 are moved away from the guide board 13, the lid board 14 is opened under its own weight. Thus, the article can be carried around by holding the handles.</p> |
