PURPOSE:To provide a wide wiping angle within which a window pillars and wiper arms are not interfered without necessitating a precision machining device. CONSTITUTION:In a drive link 7 in which a joint ball 16a is installed at its one end, the joint ball 16a is installed integrally with one surface of an adjusting member 16 with its axis P set eccentrically by a distance of a relative to an axis O of a screw hole, and an adjusting member 16c is rotated adjustably. Thus a distance D between axes of a wiper shaft 6 and the joint ball can be adjusted.
