<p>PURPOSE:To provide a buckle member which makes a handstrap freely adjustable in its length to be used for the purpose of hanging down or the like of a portable telephone or a portable radio or the like. CONSTITUTION:A buckle member 3 is provided with the first inserting part 5 having a fixing means 7, and a folding part 8 having the second inserting part 6 and a folding bar 9. A strap body is given the first folding 11 with the strap body 2 inserted penetratingly into the first inserting part, and further, the tip end of the first folding is inserted through the second inserting part and, after the strap body is given the second folding 12 by winding it around the folding bar, a buckle member is attached to the handstrap so that the tip end of the second folding is introduced out of the second inserting part.</p> |
