PURPOSE:To eliminate the possibility of ink leakage by providing a plurality of counter-shaped recessed and protruding parts having ridgelines in the direction crossing the piercing direction of the through-hole provided to the wall part of an ink cartridge at a right angle and formed so that both surfaces connected to the ridgelines thereof are equally inclined along the piercing direction to the pressure inserting and embedding part of the electrode pin piercing the through-holes. CONSTITUTION:The embedding part 1202D of an electrode pin 1202 is formed into a rotary body shape having counter-shaped protruding parts continued so that the ridgelines of them become large in outer diameter from an ink electrode part 1202C toward a flange part 1202E and each of the protruding parts has inclined surfaces having an equal squeeze angle on both sides thereof with respect to the ridgeline thereof. The number of the protruding parts is set by the wall thickness of the mounting part 1001 of the tank container wall part 3001B of an ink cartridge in which the resin embedding part 1202D is inserted under pressure. In the case of one protruding part, no sufficient effect is obtained from an aspect of the welding with the resin forming the wall part 3001B and the exudation of ink and, even if a necessary number or more of protruding parts are formed, the inclined surfaces of the protruding parts become acute and no resin reaches valley parts. |
