<p>PURPOSE:To fold a case blank into a flat form in transit and form the same into a tubular case in use by a method wherein a bending line is formed on a flat side board of a body part in a position corresponding to the ridge opposite to the side board and lid flaps are provided at both the ends of the body part. CONSTITUTION:A one-layer or laminate sheet consisting of a plastic such as polyvinyl chloride is used as the material of a tubular forming case and lid flaps 4 are formed at the ends of each of the side boards 12 and 13 for making up sides at each side edge of one side board 11. Each of the lid flaps 4 of the one side board is provided with an inserting piece 5 at the side edge on the side of the side board 11 and, after inserting the lid flaps 4 of the other side board, the lid flaps 4 of the one side board are folded over the inserted lid flaps and the inserting pieces 5 are inserted into the gaps of the lid flaps 4 of the other side board. It is preferable, in this case, that a bending line be provided with a slit at the end to form an interlocking joint with the lid flap 4 of the other side board so as to make detachment difficult. The side board 11 provided with the bending line 3 is extended from the end of a body part 1 to above to form a hanging part 7 and a hanging hole 71 is formed at its upper part.</p> |
