Respective RAS control parts for refresh 510 to 513 are provided in each group of DRAMs 190 to 193. When the request of refresh is applied from a refresh requesting part 15, RAS control parts for refresh 510 to 513 refresh successively DRAMs 190 to 193 in different timing respectively.</p> |
