PURPOSE:To provide a water-cooled oil cooler in which the corrosion resistance of the wall of a cooling water passage formed by continuing cooling water passage hole formed in the thickness direction of molded plates and fin plates in a laminating direction can be obtained. CONSTITUTION:A water-cooled oil cooler has a laminate obtained by alternately laminating molding plates 33 having cooling water passage holes 45 and oil passage holes 46 in a thickness direction, and fin plates having cooling water passage holes 55 and oil passage holes 56 in a thickness direction. A protrusion 58 protrudes from the wall 57 of the hole 55 of the plate 34 into a cooling water passage 61. The potential of the protrusion 58 is base as compared with the connecting parts of the plates 34 to the plate 33 to operate the protrusion 58 as a sacrificial corrosion part, thereby preventing the preferential corrosions of the connecting parts of the plates 33 to the plates 34.
