<p>PURPOSE:To automatically optimize the peripheral shape of a machining axis in consideration of the size, weight, etc., of the peripheral shape of the machining axis by correcting the tool projection quantity of the machining axis based on the work information and machining axis information without causing a work and a constituent component of the machining axis to interfere with each other at a machining end position. CONSTITUTION:Based on the work information stored in a storage means for a work information file 20 and machining axis information stored in a storage means for a machining axis information file 29, the tool projection quantity correcting means consisting of a component interference verification part 31 and a tool projection quantity correction part 32 corrects the tool projection quantity of the machining axis so that the work and the constituent component of the machining axis do not interfere with each other at the machining end position. Consequently, the interference between the work and the constituent component of the machining axis at the machining end position can be evaded and the peripheral shape of the machining axis can be optimized.</p> |
