<p>PURPOSE:To easily manage, carry and retrieve also prescribed data such as information described in a business card including a direct inward dialing (DID) number without requiring an individual person to input much data such as a name, the name of organization and its DID number. CONSTITUTION:A data storing means for a DID table is prepared as a memory card 13 formed by transferring and storing the name of organization, the name of a person belonging to the orgaraization, the DID number of the organization, etc., to/in an IC card by an external personal computer or the like and allowed to be optionally loaded/ejected to/from an electronic pocketbook type telephone number quick reference table body 10 and necessary data are optionally read out of the data storing means and displayed.</p> |
