PURPOSE:To reduce switching loss, current surge, and voltage surge of a power converter by synchronously operating an active filter, a DC-DC converter, and a switch which are cascade-connected through a serial circuit of a diode and the switch. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor switching element 101 and reverse current preventing diode 102 are connected in series between the output (point X) of a DC-DC converter section and the point Y of the semiconductor switching element 10 of an active filter section. The active filter section, a DC-DC converter section, and a switching element 101 are synchronously operated. Therefore, a zero-voltage switching voltage at the DC-DC converter section is connected to the semiconductor switching element 10 of the active filter section through the element 101 and diode 102 and, as a result, the active filter section can also make zero-voltage switching operations. |
