<p>A method and apparatus for moulding a fibre reinforced synthetic resinous component (10) in which the component to be moulded is supported on a mould (12) formed from a reinforced synthetic resinous material, covered by an impervious membrane (14) sealed to the mould (12) at its edges by a sealing strip (16) and means (17, 19; 20, 20', 20'', 23, 24; 20, 32) are provided for ensuring that the uncovered surfaces of the mould (12) are maintained free from any material which could give rise to oxidation of the mould material.</p> |
