An optoelectronic integrated circuit is optically formed into a network with holograms. In order to achieve an optimum arrangement and an integration density as high as possible of the light sources, detectors or other optoelectronic components, the light emitted by some circuit components is punctually reflected on the circuit through one or several holograms, and optionally also through optical lenses, with an intensity determined by the hologram, and the reflected light hits the components partially or totally. It is also possible to produce a chip which contains several of these structures. Light sources (2) located at the surface of the chip radiate downwards through the transparent substrate. Holograms (4) located at the back side of the chip generate punctually reflected images (3) of the light sources on the front side of the substrate, where detectors are located capable of receiving the upward reflected light.
