The apparatus for controlling the recirculating quantity of the heating water by using the temperature difference between the outlet side and the inlet side, enables to control the RPM of the recirculation pump and to increase the heating efficiency. The boiler comprises the thermistor(13) for detecting the temperature(Tin) of the receiving water tube(12) connected with the water tank(3); temperature detecting sections(14)(15) for detecting the temperature(Tout, Tin) with the micro computer(1') of the controller(1) respectively; temperature comparing section(103) for comparing the difference between the respective sides(Tout-Tin); combustion calculating and driving section(104) for transmitting the control signal of the circulation pump(6).
