<p>PURPOSE:To make a tape player smaller in size by constituting the player in such a way that a shift lever is turned when a pin moves on an inclined section as holders move and the lower holder is relatively moved against the upper holder in the direction opposite to the cassette advancing direction. CONSTITUTION:The 1st pins 26 of side wall sections on both sides of a U-shaped lower holder 20 provided with a projecting section at the intermediate section of the side wall section are engaged with the linear guide groove 24a of a guide plate 24 and at the same time, the 2nd pin 28b fitted to a shift lever 28 is engaged with a steplike guide groove 24b. Therefore, when the 2nd pin 28b moves along the inclined section of the guide groove 24b, the shift lever 28 can be turned. When the lever 28 is turned, the 1st pin 26 can be caused to make relative movement and the lower holder 20 can be moved in the direction opposite to the moving direction of a tape cassette 10. As a result, the slider 13 of the cassette 10 can be opened without making the inserting distance of the cassette 13 longer.</p> |
