PURPOSE:To make it possible to give sufficient illuminance to the lower part of the jaw, neck, etc., of a user in the case of washing his or her face by horizontally providing a counter along the side wall coming into contact with a wash-place and a bath-tube, and mounting a luminous plate on the counter. CONSTITUTION:An approximately L-shaped counter 3 is horizontally provided slightly upward of a bath-tub 12 along the side wall 2 coming into contact with a wash-place 11 and the bath-tub 12. An approximately horizontal L-shaped luminous plate 4 is so mounted to the upper part of the counter 3 that its pendent edge covers the front of the counter 3. At that time, the luminous plate 4 is so formed that a light reflection sheet is stuck on the rear side of a clear acryl resin board and that a light diffusion sheet is stuck on the surface thereof. After that, a lighting box 6 storing a fluourescent lamp as a light source therein is fitted to the rear end of the luminous plate 4. Therefore, a light to the rear end of the luminous plate 4 from the light source 5 is diffused upward and forward of the luminous plate 4. According to the constitution, sufficient illuminance can be obtained to make comfortably shaving, removing user's make-up, etc. |
