PURPOSE:To achieve preservation free of entry of various germs, and enable injection/addition in a fixed amount without the use of a cutter or a measuring spoon, by providing a holder which has an edge at its front end, also has a spiral guide groove, in its side, used for guiding the guide projection of a cylinder, and is inserted so as to rotate in relation to the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A hole is made in a package by means of an edge 18 by bringing a holder 16 into contact with the package in which a raw material is stored, by thrusting the edge 18 into the package, and by rotating the holder 16. Also, with the aid of a spiral guide groove 17 and a guide projection 14 a cylinder 2 is axially moved in a direction to project from the front end of the holder 16, and a discharge opening 3 is inserted into the hole made with the edge 18. Then, a piston rod 6 is axially moved backward with a knob 9, and a male screw 8 is screwed into the female screw 13 of a piston 11, thereby joining them. After that, the piston rod 6 is axially moved forward, and a fermentation liquid 15 sealed in the cylinder 2 is pushed by means of the piston 11 to be forced out of the discharge opening 3. |
