PURPOSE:To provide a production control device by which a production plan can be efficiently prepared and a production line can be controlled even in a production line with a complex process such as a coated wire production line. CONSTITUTION:On the basis of a production plan in a production plan preparing device 20 and a condition in process in an in-process condition collecting device 21, an initial production plan is formed in an initial working order/time generating device 23. On the basis of the production plan, the initial production plan, operator information in an operator arrangement preparing device 24, and equipment information in an equipment condition collecting device 25, an evaluation parameter is determined in an evaluation parameter determining device 26. On the basis of the evaluation parameter and respective information, the initial production plan is altered in an optimum working order calculating device 27 in each working equipment, and the optimum working order is determined. |
