<p>PURPOSE:To provide an electronic sphygmomanometer which is not affected by a tissue deformation and is capable of making measurement with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:The mean value Vm in one beat section of pulse waves at the time of a cuff pressure under which the amplitude of blood vessel volume pulse wave signals are max. is calculated. The min. points Vso(0),...Vso(n) within one pulse wave of the blood vessel volume signals are determined and are interpolated to obtain an interpolation curve lso. Further, a specified value is added to the entire part of this interpolation curve in such a manner that the interpolation curve lso passes the mean value Vm of the one beat. Volume control is executed with the interpolation curve after the addition as a control target value.</p> |
