The support (1) comprises a bracket (3) with two branches (5,7), one of which (5) fixes it to the table. A lever (17) pivots around an axle (18) on the branch, to form a clip, and there is a spring (20) between the lever and the branch. An axle holder has two coaxial pivots (29) which form the axle of the lever, which has a hole (31) to secure the axle holder. The closed end of the hole engages in a recess in the branch and forms a bearing for the lever. A fixing screw (25) screws into a threaded hole (26) in the branch.
