The control unit(3) comprises: a boiling detective means (31) judging the cooking to be in boiled state, when a rising rate of a detected temperature(Th) by the temperature is small; a time-controlling means (32) altering the heating at the heater (13) to a weaker heating power than before the boiling; an equilibrium temperature detecting means(33) detecting an equilibrium temperature during boiling; and a temperature control means(34) altering the heating for maintaining the boiling to a weaker heating power, when a detected temperature (Th) shows Th>=TH+w wherein TH is an equilibrium temperature and w is a designated temperature.
