The incontinence device (1) is constituted from a supple conical penile holster (4) connected to a pouch (2) by a pipe (3). The holster is carried by a supple waist belt (2) by supple legs integral with the holster. The holster is fastened in parallel joints to the belt which allows permanent aeration of the penis without letting out odour or becoming crossed in the sleeping position during the night. The scrotum is thus free. There are two spaced fixing legs (7) extending from the holster which fasten to the belt by press studs or velcro pins. The holster has a flat shape with plane front and rear faces and two sides. It has dimensions greater than the penis. and its wall is thin. A curved stomach plate (8) of triangular shape can be fixed in various positions, for adjusting the pressure on the stomach wall, by means of the supple belt.
