PURPOSE:To provide a KANJI(Chinese character) input device by a bar-code reader, whereby KANJI data displayed by a bar-code is continuously read. CONSTITUTION:FEP(KANA(Japanese syllabary)-KANJI converting processor) which processes KANJI data of a shift JIS code so as to execute KANA-KANJI conversion and display, a display equipment and a bar code reader are provided in the KANJI input device. In the device, an input processing program 1-4-2 is provided. In the input processing program 1-4-2 is digitized, KANJI data displayed by the bar-code is read by the bar-code reader 1-2, read bar-code data is coverted into KANJI data of the shift JIS code, FEP is changed-over to a shift JIS code input mode for every character, KANJI data converted into the shift JIS code is inputted to FEP and outputting to the display equipment 1-3 is repeated so that a function for continuously executing a KANJI output is provided. |
