PURPOSE:To reduce labor and time for unifying terms used in respective documents. CONSTITUTION:The terms used in documents 11 and 12 are made to correspond to the terms in a term dictionary 2 with a prescribed reference condition information, and entry point information 30 is prepared. Then, link information 31, 321 and 322 are given between the documents 11 and 12 and the term dictionary 2, and the terms used in the documents 11 and 12 through the entry point information 30 are connected with the terms in the term dictionary 2. Thus, reference condition information showing the terms after alteration is transmitted to the documents 11 and 12 through the entry point information 30 so as to be able to automatically alter a part concerned. |
