PURPOSE:To provide a facility management system which can manage the utilization reservations and locking of facilities, etc., without any human intervention. CONSTITUTION:Individual identification information which matches the individual identification information on a magnetic card is previously stored on the hard disk 22 of a host computer 20. When a user reserves utilization for the facilities 30, information on the reservation made by the user is stored on the hard disk 22 on condition that the individual identification information read out of the magnetic card by the card reader of a terminal 10 matches the individual identification information stored on the hard disk 22. When the user utilizes the facilities 30, a CPU controls the opening and closure of an electronic lock 33 on the basis of the utilization reservation information on condition that the individual identification read out of the magnetic card 50 by the hand card reader of the console panel 60 matches the individual identification information stored on the hard disk 22. |
