The transmission unit consists of a central wheel (P1) rotatable about a primary axis which is fixed, and a satellite wheel (P2) rotatable about a second axis. The second axis is displaceable according to a trajectory in relation to the primary axis without any rotation of the satellite wheel. The central wheel and the satellite wheel are connected by a continuous belt drive (20) which includes a controlled tensioning unit made up of two rollers (P3,P4) acted upon by means of a compression spring (70) to tension the two sections (21,22) of the belt drive. A pinion (50) guided by a cam (60) allows a modification in the position of the tension wheel (P3), thus adjusting the length of the first section (21) of the belt drive to produce a displacement of the satellite wheel to partially compensate by contra-rotation the rotation of the central wheel. |
